Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using 1% Alarm ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 1% Alarm on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Subscriptions and free trial

1% Alarm offers a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription billed through your Google Play account at the price shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (including statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction). Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or use the App in any way that violates applicable law. You are responsible for the device you run the App on and for ensuring the camera works correctly so alarms can be dismissed.

Alarms — no warranty of reliability

1% Alarm depends on your device's operating system, battery, permissions, and camera. We do everything reasonably possible to make alarms reliable, but we cannot guarantee they will ring in every condition. Do not rely on 1% Alarm as the sole alarm for safety-critical or time-critical situations.

As-is

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
